Data guides your hybrid work model enabling you to flexibly adapt to evolving situations and challenges.
Data-driven decision-making fosters transparency as employees can see the rationale behind choices. Trust in leadership and the decision-making process grows, promoting a culture of openness and collaboration.
Every time a business replaces a salaried employee, it costs them 6 to 9 months’ salary, on average, to rehire.

The HOi Discovery Model identifies improvement areas and guides strategies to enhance organisational performance.
Making Remote Work
Step 1: Discover
Identify the culture of your organisation now. You are taking a proactive approach to addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of the modern workplace.
We hold 1-2-1s with all individuals - including Leaders - to establish a true insight into each of their individual situations based around 10 key areas.
The HOi Discovery Model collects data with context and commentary, gathering suggestions for improvement from all individuals. This fosters a sense of ownership in the journey of change.
Step 2: Define Success
Take us to the future: Visualise a high performing organisation. What does success look like for you and your team? What are the success factors for us to measure?

Team HOi consolidates all 'Insights' findings and generates an anonymised overall rating score, accompanied by recommendations for improvement in three to four key areas.
The desired impact is a positive transformation in how your organisation operates, resulting in increased performance, connection and productivity.
Step 3: Focus on the individual
Support remote individuals on a personal level as we move to implementation.
The primary focus is on empowering individuals to excel in terms of performance and productivity across various contexts, whether it's in a traditional office setting, a hybrid work environment, or while working remotely from home.

Do employees have the tools, information and connections they need to perform at their best?
"Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort."
