How much of your current behaviour needs to change?

What is required to go from starting to sustaining a new healthy behaviour begins with understanding your goals and how much time you have.

On average, it takes more than two months (66 days) before a new behaviour becomes automatic. How long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behaviour, the person and the circumstances.

​

University College London health psychology research showed it took anywhere from 18 days to 254 days for people to form a new habit.

 

Achieving long lasting healthy behaviours requires simple changes that are easy to adopt and transform how we live our lives.

The Programme

We create programmes to enhance the cultural transition to remote and flexible working by developing physically and mentally healthier employees who feel connected to their organisation and each other.

 

Our focus is on understanding your goals and values and what you need as an individual to help you feel healthier, happier and more engaged with your life. We do this by teaching simple behaviour changes that centre on learning to move more (moving your body every day), eating well (not dieting) and understanding your behavioural triggers (like when you are stressed).
