The Feather and the Rock


One of the wonderful "lightbulb" moments that we see in our clients, is the realisation that the seemingly easy can be hard, “light" gets "heavy", while similarly the hard is suddenly easy and the “heavy gets light”. Constant discovery, new ways to use the body, explore connections and balance……… sometimes just magic. The ability to control and appreciate the subtle is more challenging than just harnessing as much power as possible, and "working hard". The comparison to life is often similar. We have often forgotten how to "live easy", properly relax, be able to switch from busy. To let go, hard to easy, fast to slow. Our mind and body systems should be able to switch easily from stress to chill, fast to slow, push hard, push easy. Learning, practising and acquiring the skill of using appropriate reaction to any situation, is crucial for good health. Movement and awareness are fantastic keys to use to learn, understand and then use to obtain and feel balance.
