Space, Spacious, Open, Expansive, Abundant, We have space.
We have space. The “spaces” in our body can often feel reduced, compressed and cramped.
Our moves and awareness don’t create new spaces, but remind us how to use the spacious possibilities we have.
Those words, or cues we use in our teaching of lengthen, reach, grow, are all used to help you find, learn, use and app
reciate both how much easier it is to move and how good it feels
The possibilities of all our spaces in life is a theme for a few weeks.
Think about how you are using your available body space this week. Imagine joints more open, your lungs and organs freely expanding and functioning, tissues easily sliding, gliding, expanding and contracting.
And occasionally reach for the sky
